On most projects, Aerotas offers two levels of speed for turnaround time; “Standard” and “Rush”.
Due to the complex nature of photogrammetry, surveying, and CAD drafting, these times are different for different projects. A small, simple, photogrammetry-only project may have a standard speed of 3 days, and a rush speed of 24 hours or less, while a large, 1,000 acre developed parcel with planimetry may be 10 days standard, and 5 days rushed. Similarly, the fee for rush on each project is dependent on the size and complexity of the project.
By requesting rush when creating a new project, you are not committing to the rush pricing, you are just letting us know that a project is particularly important and that we should expedite it. Once we generate a quote for you, you will have the option to view both the standard and rush times and pricing before accepting your quote.
Whenever you select rush processing, you will get your project on or before the date listed. For us, rush means that we will do everything we can to expedite your project, and get it to you as soon as possible.
