Extension Projects
An Extension Project is any project that requires additional drafting but does NOT require additional data processing.
If you need additional drafting on an already delivered Photogrammetry project, or if you need more data drafted on a previously delivered linework project, then you should start an Extension Project.
Criteria for eligibility:
Aerotas has previously processed the photogrammetry for this project - no new data processing is needed
The kml/kmz boundary you’re requesting must not exceed the limits of draftable data on the project
How to Create an Extension Project - Step By Step:
Name your project “[Original Name] - Extension”
Upload the kml/kmz boundary defining the additional drafting area only
Select a drafted product
Select “Yes” to View optional Add-Ons.
If needed, choose any Add-Ons
Under “Custom Requests” add “draft on [original project number]”
Click on “Request Free Quote”
Once you’ve submitted your project we’ll send you a quote for your extension project. If you accept the quote, we’ll get started on your project right away, there’s no need to upload additional data.
